Biography

Thierry Graduated at the University of Pierre & Marie Curie (Paris, France) in Marine Biology (Master degree) and in Environmental Sciences (Engineering). Prior to coming to South Australia, he worked for 3 years as an Engineer for the French Electricity Company on water quality and the ecology.

He started working at the SA Museum in 1995 and became a full time Collection Manager in 1997. His main expertise is in Marine Biology and the general taxonomy of Marine Invertebrates. Thierry has a particular interest in fieldwork (marine surveys), collecting, scuba diving and photographing marine life.
