The Waterhouse Club

The Waterhouse Club was established in 1987 and takes its name from the Museum’s first Curator Frederick George Waterhouse. He was an English naturalist, zoologist and entomologist who made significant contributions to the study of Australia's natural history.

The Club’s program offers a fine blend of travel, adventure and entertainment in the company of the Museum’s acclaimed researchers. Events can be held within the Museum's own special spaces or you can explore world-class tourist destinations. The Waterhouse Club is a fun way to associate with the South Australian Museum, while also raising significant funds to support the Museum.
