No indication of who took the photographs and there is only occasional notation of a year taken. Very few of the photographs are identified. A few are marked "FWA" presumably taken by Rev. Albrecht. A few are marked with a red 'finger print' in the top right hand corner. The significance of this is not known.

The series includes photographs of both Australian Aboriginal people and Missionary folk
