This series comprises eight black and white (b/w) photographs, four of these being enlarged copies. The photographs were probably taken by EE Kramer (see AA 669). This series shows unidentified Australian Aboriginal people congregated at Bon[d] Springs Station, Northern Territory. The first item depicts them awaiting Christmas distribution and the other three images depict people gathered for Rev. Sexton's 1930 visit. There are original annotations and printers’ instructions written on the reverse of these prints. The prints are stored unmounted in a binder titled 'AA 1 Aborigines' Friends' Association (AFA) Photographic Prints, Album 2 of 4'.
South Australian Museum archivist Kay L Mead described this series in 1980. In her listing she recorded a caption for this series but the exact source of the caption is not known. This caption has been retained as the 'Series Title' and has been listed in the 'Details' field of the inventory along with all annotations and ink stamps found on the prints. All place names and proper names from the annotations and caption have been indexed.
The series was part of Acc. No. 86
This series contains references to Northern Territory.
