This series consists of a typed manuscript entitled Manuscript notes on Blackfellow tribes and languages of Eyre's Peninsula by R Bedford, and a carbon copy. The manuscript includes some additional miscellaneous notes, including an extract from the Chronicle (no date given) entitled 'More tales of Whipstick Billy' and some notes which provide some data on early race relations on Eyre Peninsula.

These notes were extracted from a notebook in the possession of Mrs R Bedford, August 1952. Tindale checked the manuscript in August 1952 and added some annotations.
