This series contains a translation of toas from Reuther's german to english by Sir Edward Charles Stirling (see AA 309), Reuther's list of toas and corresponding South Australian Museum numbers, details of purchase of toas from Rev. Reuther's son Oscar, descriptions of toas for display, proofs and reprint of Stirling and Edgar Ravenswood Waite (see AA 356) publication titled 'Description of Toas or Australian Aboriginal Direction Signs' published in Records of the South Australian Museum, Vol. 1, No. 2, 30 August 1919 and Norman Tindale's comments on the Reuther manuscript.

This series also contains index cards and references to Mura-Muras.
