This series contains copies of Scherer's translation of the Reuther Manuscript, Volumes I to XIII. Scherer copied the original manuscript as well as the Hossfeld and Vogelsang earlier translations to work on his final version at his home in Tanunda, South Australia. The original Scherer translation is held by the Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies (formerly Australian Institute of Aboriginal Studies (AIAS)) who paid for Scherer's research, typing and copying costs through a grant.
