This series comprises personal correspondence to and from Tindale for the period 1928.
Correspondence within this series is centred on the Anthropological Society of South Australia estbalished in 1926, for which Tindale was a founding member, in addition to Tindale's growing professional interest in anthropological research in line with his appointment as part-time ethnologist in 1928.
