There are six separate notebooks.

1. 22 June 1991 - 24 September 1991:
   The first few pages has references to various publications. The rest of the notebook has notes from various administrative meetings.
   
   

2. 26 September 1991 - 22 October 1991:
   Notes from various meetings.
   
   

3. 11 November 1991 - 11 December 1991:
   Notes from various meetings. Most is related to industrial relations.
   
   

4. 14 January 1991 - 12 December 1992:
   Notes from various meetings. There are many loose leaf sheets in this notebook.
   
   

5. 17 - 21 November 1992:
   Notes from two PSA (Public Service Association) meetings.
   
   

6. 16 February 1993 - 11 May 1993:
   Notes from several SA Museum meetings.
