Ian Mackay has prepared a map which he drew based on a map drawn by SJL Simmons for the publication 'Results of the Harvard-Adelaide Universities Anthropological expedition, 1938-1939'. Mackay requests comments on the accuracy of 'tribal' names used and their distribution. NB Tindale's amendments is accessioned as AA 338/26/23/1-3. A map depicting 'tribal distribution' in part of the Northern Territory is accessioned AA 338/26/24/1-3.
