Ngadlu tampinthi ngadlu Kaurna Miyurna yartangka. Munaintya puru purruna ngadlu-itya. Munaintyanangku yalaka tarrkarriana tuntarri.
We acknowledge we are on Kaurna Miyurna land. The Dreaming is still living. From the past, in the present, into the future, forever.
Two foolscap exercise boooks containing genealogies collected at Rawlinson Range and Mount Davies in 1963 (Board for Anthropological Research expedition AN). The genealogies were collected by NB Tindale (see AA 338).
The genealogies generally show more than two generations, and include a range of information, from names, age or birthdate, place of birth, to notes on personal history such as place of residence. They are recorded on double foolscap sheets. Genealogies have the place at and date on which the data was recorded written on the top left hand corner. Individual subject numbers are also recorded, and these can be used to refer back to the data cards collected on the expedition (see AA 346/4/26).
