South Australian Museum archivist Kay L Mead described this series in 1980. In her listing she recorded a caption for this series but the exact source of the caption is not known. The caption has been retained as the 'Series Title'. All place names and proper names from the annotations and caption have been indexed. This series contains a probable reference to South Australia [?]. The actual location is undetermined due to these two place name options; Balls Head Bay in New South Wales; Lake Ball in South Australia.
