A margin note signed by Tindale reads: 'Lake Mackay & Oakover River maps in this series were sent to J Long 19 May [illegible] pencilled in data [illegible] names' (see maps 338/18/14-15). Map annotation refers to a mine site and 'Coghlan 1898' with citation given. 'Strehlows 1965 line' is also noted.
