Location: Pinjarra to Harvey and Leschenault Inlet; lower reaches of Murray River. The real name of this tribe possibly has been lost; its members are extinct. The only recent data is from Kaneang sources. Banyowla was named as its leading man by Lyon (1833). The accounts by Roth (1903) and by Hammond (1933) of his 'South West tribe' appear to belong to this people.
