This item contains a typed transcript of Albert Karloan's 'Story of Peindjali and Perolge' with NB Tindale's handwritten annotations. In March 1940 Tindale recorded songs and stories during sessions with Albert Karloan, a Jarildekald man, at Murray Bridge (SA). Details of these sessions are provided by Tindale in his 'Journal of Researches in the South East of S. Australia by Norman B. Tindale.
